Unprofessional and inconvenience

I ordered food on Friday the 01 October 2021.I was in the office, I ordered from Andiccio 24 Rosebank. The delivery guy Rashid made me wait for my food for an hour outside at night. Called him several times but it went to voicemail. Couldn't place another order or even cancel this one cause it kept o telling me I need to pay Andiccio 24 first. How do you pay for food you didn't get? Rashid left with my food. I called Andiccio 24 and they said they couldn't help me cause everything went well.
