Unprofessional and Extremely Slow

I ordered KFC from Uber Eats. I was monitoring the delivery from the app. The driver delivered to a wrong location, when I tried to contact him he was not available. That was Saturday last week, it is now Thursday and I still haven’t been refunded my money back
