Unprofessional and Bad Service!

I am extremely upset and disappointed in the service that I received from your driver Sindiso.

He cancelled my order, and dropped the call in my ear while I was providing him with an entrance code to the estate which he already had at his disposal under the notes to driver section on the app.

To top everything off, I was charged for the order which I didn’t receive. The driver rudely dropped the call in my ear while I was providing him with a code to enter the estate and initially he didn’t pay attention to the notes provided for him on the app, or else he would have seen the entrance code was already stated there for him.

I tried calling the number back and I even sent the code over sms to the number he called me from, but no response.

This is unacceptable! To make matters worst this was my first time trying out Uber eats and this is the kind of service they offer, how terrible and disappointing.

I want my money back, or alternatively a new order.
