im actually 1star because I don't have a choice there's no 0rating, I got ****** by an Uber eats driver, he claims to have delivered my food vut he didn't. he was not at the place I instructed him to deliver my food. I contacted steers Lamontagne and Karabo told me that they receive lot of these exact complains so they cannot be held accountable for them, i should contact Uber eats. uber eat tells me they will not refund le anything irrespective of their drivers failure to follow instructions.
