Unpleasant Service

I am really unhappy with the service that I am getting from you guys, I have been ordering from you guys without any problems until today, I have ordered a Pizza from Debonair blue Hills at 16:15 that was my order which was then cancelled by a driver after waiting for 45 mins for him then cancelled my order without any explanation nor communication. I ordered again now and I have been waiting for an hour for my food to be delivered, worse part is that I paid and still my first order was not refunded. And now I have been waiting for an hour and you keep on adding mintues to the time
