Unpleasant birthday with Uber Driver and no KFC which I paid for!

I ordered food last night for my daughter's 6th birthday at Romans Pizza and KFC. I didn't hear the driver as he never hooted, he phoned and the second time I went outside only to see him leave, I yelled and waved and he drove off around the corner and stopped for about 15minutes, I phoned him and messaged him, he told me my order is cancelled, but it wasn't as I checked on the app and he told me that he is back at the restaurant, but he wasn't, he was right around the corner as I could see his tracker on the app. He then arrived again with my order, but only took the Romans pizza out of the bag and told me my KFC is cancelled which is was not as I saw it on the app and he had it in the bag, I asked numerous times who's KFC is that and he ignored me, he took my phone out of my hand and rated himself 5 stars on the Uber app, I told him I don't want to rate anything, I want my KFC! He then took it out and hold it in his hand telling me he will send me his account number and I must pay him to get my order. I told him I already paid for the KFC, I am not paying a bribe to get the food that I paid for! So, he left and my order showed completed, but I didn't have the KFC, I went back to KFC explaining what had happened and they said he didn't return the KFC to them and I must contact Uber Eats, which cost me money again to order another meal. My daughter of 6 stood right beside me witnessing this. This is unacceptable! I want a refund and I don't want him to get the tip. I won't make use of Uber Eats ever again. You need to train your delivery people and teach them manners and not to bribe. If he hooted, I would have heard him and if he didn't go and stand around the corner for 15 minutes and then tried to bribe me, this whole mess could have been avoided. I am really, really unhappy about this whole situation. The driver is Domingos Pedro Mun****ue and my order number was B4169.
