Unpaid refund i paid with banking app and cash

I paid with my banking app when the driver got to me he said the order is cancel he is going to take the food back or i should give him cash and than ill get a refund into my bank i than gave him cash its been 2 weeks i have lost a lot of messages they just said i will recieve my money in 5 Days time... A lousy R72 they can keep it no more will i order with them
