Unpaid refund - help centre not assisting

I ordered food via Ubereats on 27 February 2024. The food was marked as delivered yet the driver did not pitch. Qhen I contacted him, no answer yet a few moments later I get a message he says thank you for the tip. I filed a complaint and was told I would be refunded in 3-10 days. I reordered the food on the MrD app and in effect paid double the amount if a meal that was stoled via UberEats. I can't log a follow up query as it is now in excess of 10 working days and no refund. I keep on receiving responses that I need to do a follow up query on the original thread which Uber closed on the app. Contacting Ubereats is an absolute nightmare!
