UNNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

After ordering my meal (which was supposed to take 10 - 15 minutes to deliver), the courier picked up my food and is doing other stops (taking about half an hour - might even be more) and my food has still not arrived.

Its unacceptable that im an UberOne member and ordered almost R300's worth of food, however still being disadvantaged when needing to receive my order.

This is unacceptable and theres no way to complain about this on the app.
