******** charges by uber

I have been unfairly charged by this service.i have not subscribed to this service. However they have deducted my account for 11 months.i had a reverse debit order and then went into my statement n noticed that I was being charged.i had to pay R29.90 every month,plus a replacement card fee for this debit order to stop R70,plus travel to the bank n wait in the q it was so unnecessary.i asked for proof of this subscription n have not received any response.n was told I cannot be refunded for all these charges.
