UNKNOWN PAYMENTS

I am very unhappy as an unknown charge went off on my bank without my authorization. My account also has no record of my card details as I experienced the same issues in Decmeber 2024 with Uber and requested them to remove all my details from their records and both indicated a Johan reference which I don't know who it is or how they even could deduct a transaction. How weak is there security and privacy policies?
