UNJUSTIFIED MONTHLY CHARGES

There is a new trend from uber eats, debits are processed on my bank account for a membership i am no longer not part of (uber one) and this is the second month. The matter has been raised with uber on their app platform and i have requested a refund however different consultants are providing different reasons for the monthly charge evading charging me for a service that i am no longer using. This is indicative of incomptence and a lack of effective support for users.
