Unhappy with UberEats & McDonald's Grey Owl

I don't know whether it's me or what, whenever i order McDonald's from UberEats, an item in my order has to go missing. I don't know whether it's the delivery or the store in particular. This is the second time items are missing in my order and I'm not happy at all.
