Unhappy with Uber Eats order Failure then duplicate charge

I placed order and order could not be confirmed as Uber eats app comment popped up saying error and order could not be processed and that I should reorder.I then placed the exact same order that failed few Seconds earlier.Then I see payment gone through and happy.As I track my order 2x deliveries pop up as duplicated orders.i cancel one immediately and cal the shop.the shop tells me they see it’s duplicated and I must call Uber help line.There is no number anywhere so I google and get through a call center in India that only deals with Uber rides and not Eats.I struggle for 20 mins trying everything but the order refuses to cancel.i call the shop and tell the cashier that I am not taking 2 of the same orders and I am sending the duplicated order back which I did. I am very unhappy with Uber eats service and will not do EFT payments anymore as this is making me very unhappy to take my money twice.Order returned so I want my refund ASAP.There is no contact number listed so I have no idea what to do...
