Unhappy my order was collected but never reached me, money gone

I placed my order 2 hours ago via app through to chicken liken Today as it is the 7th of April 2025. my order has not arrived, my money has been deducted. on my order it appears that Yvonne will deliver after i realized it taking longer than it should I called Yvonne on the app asking her how far she is. she said she went to chicken licken and was told that the order was collected by Welcome, who never came until now. i am very disappointed by this even Chicken Licken cannot help me. they told me to contact UberEATS my order no was 2189.
