unhappy customer with Mcdonalds Florida North as well as Uber eats

I Just ordered some food through the uber eats app. I ordered from Mcdonalds Florida North. they driver went to pick up the order, and the staff there only gave him the coffee and not the food, when i asked the driver where is the food , her rep**** oh they said that the coffee is all there is, and the dirver left he did not tell them but this is what the online order says.

When i asked the driver he said please place another order and let a different driver collect it.

This is unacceptable both from mcdonalds side as well as from uber eats side
