Unhappy customer

I made an order yesterday through uberEats and my order was R69.95 when check my bank statement there is a R50 that was also deducted by uberEats which I don't know anything about and my order came without a drink and I would like to have my R50 back the app didn't help me as it wanted a photo and the bank app doesn't allow screenshots.
