UNHAPPY CUSTOMER 😡😡

I am charged for an order that was never delivered to me and it was never my fault. Now when i requested for refund they are telling me that there’s nothing they can do. All I want is my money back, I am really ****ed with their service. I was never contacted that they won’t deliver my order
