Unhappy customer

I had such a bad experience with Ubereast delivery. I ordered breakfast and when it was time to deliver the driver went to the wrong address. I contacted him by phone call and message on the Uber app and explained where he should go and he first of all could hardly speak English second never made any attempt to contact me. He the went on to ignore all my calls and seemed even blocked me and then switched off his phone all together. Safe to say I never received my order.

The delivery persons name is Sosthene.

I am highly irate at the moment as I paid for a service that was never delivered.

I will never use this app again
