Unhappy client, charged twice

on the 27th September 2019 o ordered food through uberEats at Mocachos Braamfontein and did a cash order which I paid R160.60 to the Driver Rapheal. on the 1st October 2019 I ordered again but used my bank account, then I received 2 notifications one for the R160.60 and the current order. I queried and I just could not get help from UberEats. the responses they give does not make sense.
