unhappy client

Yesterday I placed an order the driver Tshepiso he cant even speak Sesotho as he claim on his profile to be a Sotho guy, he took the order to a wrong address went I was waiting for my order at work I even called him to confirm his whereabouts he went to a wrong address advised him my address he **** saying my address was wrong he cannot come to my delivery address which I confirmed on my app it was correct .He then waited at the wrong address for 29 minutes for what I really don't know my order was for R294.40 they took my money tried to speak to client service they kept on saying they wont refund me ,something needs to be done with this uber eats business we cant have same complain and no one is willing to improve it or they making money out of us I really don't appreciate their bad service and business .
