Unhappy Client

I'm Mad as Hell i ordered food on uber eats on Saturday the driver said his on his way so i waited outside it showed he was outside and then when i called him 10 TIMES it said the number is not in service. So he was moving around on the app not standing in one place then 15min later he sends a msg to tell me to meet him at the hospital that a 10 min walk from my house so i walked to the hospital when i got there on the app it showed he had left so how in hells name tell me to walk to a place then you gone not answering calls at all someone help me understand. I logged on the app to see if he is dropping another order and coming back it showed his still on route to me but was no where to be seen at this point I'm ****ed and want to cancel the order after waiting 30min in the cold. He cancels the trip and i normally get my funds retuned oh but not this time i have logged 2 requests for the funds to be returned as the restaurant shows R 0.00 so where is my refund. I'm trying to make sense of his it does not take that long to refund as i have gone through this 3 Times and the fact there is no help line for this kind of complaints is crazy. I just want my money back and will never use this app again EVER IM ****ED sort it out or did the driver have a nice meal on Saturday on my expense
