unfulfilled order

I do not understand the ordering process in Uber Eats! You order 9 items, but only 6 are available and no alternatives. This is not the first time that products reflect under Spar Noordwyk, only to find out 40 minutes later that half of the order is not available. So what then? Cancel the order and only receive credits? For what? To use on the next unfulfilled order?
