Uner Polokwane is the worst experience

First time in Polokwane. I ordered kfc from Savanna mall via uber eats. Paid R84 Rand's and my delivery has not been made at all. I called the uber driver Mugove and he was not available all. I have lost my order, sfter osying him a tip, i do not know where he delivered it. Called kfc savanna mall and the manager said there is nothing that he can do its not in his hands, uber will refund me but he will try contact uber for me and find out.. i will never order using this uber app for my orders in Polokwane. I am utterly dissatisfied and dissapointed at how uber can just allow drivers to not care at all. Heres a night experience in Polokwane with no supper for the night
