Undelivered ubereats

My daughter ordered food from KFC Bloemfontein Willows to be delivered to the boarding house, but the driver took it to the school instead of the boarding house as requested. He sent her a picture of the food delivered which was on the pavement. She now can't get a refund since it was marked as "delivered" and if I check my bank messages R192, 49 was debited twice without getting the food! Order number is 7F424.
