Undelivered Uber Eats

On the 17th Aug I ordered McDonald's from Riversands Fourways and I waited for my delivery and I called the driver to ask where he was and he told me my place is far and I told him I will pay him extra because i realised i ordered in Riversands instead of Fourways but i called the driver that I will pay him the extra money for the inconvenience but he never delivered my order 😞😞 anf on my app it showed delivered. On Sunday I went to McDonald's Riversands to complain but I was told it's not their problem I must take it up with Uber Eats
