Undelivered parcel

Ordered a meal via Uber eats @ kfc which I’ve been ordering every month to the same address with no issues but Friday their driver did not deliver my food because apparently he had a different address that he got from the app which I do not understand how because they have been delivering to this address for two years , called the driver who can’t even understand English and he told me he can’t turn back he has other deliveries to do , this today Uber support haven’t returned my money even though they are aware that their driver did not deliver my food , Uber eats I want my money.
