Undelivered orders

On the 16th of December 2023 I ordered Pizza from Romans Pizza through Uber Eats at around 8 pm but the order was delivered to the wrong address without communicating with me and after seeing that I re ordered again and same thing happened again whereby the order was not delivered to me. First order #E90DE ( Hassan being the delivery person) and the second one was #FDFD2 (Bheka being the delivery person). I have queried this with Uber Eats but no avail. I need some help as I need the refund.
