Undelivered order, refund needed ASAP

On 25 feb 2025, before i left for work i ordered breakfast from KFC BEDWORTHPARK, i waited for about close to an hour for my order that never arrived. They said the driver called me, which he did not.. When i want my refund they telling me that unfortunately they cant refund me as the driver called me 8 times where?
