Undelivered Order

I have ordered a meal on the app this past Sunday( from Kungfu Kitchen) and the meal was never delivered because the delivery lady went to the wrong address. She took a picture of the food on a pavement that is not mine and after trying to get in touch with Uber eats I received a message notifying me that I needed to keep my notifications on. This is not a case as they went to the wrong address. I need a refund or my order, PLEASE.
