UNDELIVERED ORDER CONFIRMED/MARKED AS DELIVERED TOWRONG ADDRESS

Hi Good day,i am a very frustrated client,i made my order using my daughters app,and clearly highlighted under the instructions that i was using a different mobile number for collection of order,i never received my order but surprisingly it was marked as delivered,i had to drive to the shop where i made my order (Thanks for ordering, Nomfaro Here's your receipt for The Pizza Fries House, Observatory) from only to be told i had to come to you for further assistance,we will stop using this app is your delivery guys are now *****ing food and marking it as delivered,this is the second delivery i have to do a follow up with the store for,yesterday its was a kfc order and when the driver finally came he gave an excuse that your app wasn't working because of the rain and i let it slide,today he never came at all.
