Undelivered order

I ordered a meal at steers bergbron, which is 3 hrs from my house, via Uber eats at 18:45. The app showed that my order was going to be delivered by Yusuf, registration no. LH37KG GP, cell number +***3. I never received my order. I tried to call Yusuf, the number didn’t go through. I called steers to find out what was happening with my order and I was told that that it was never fetched by Uber eats. I demand that I be compensated please, thank you.
