Undelivered order

I ordered from Uber Eats on the 20th November 2024 and my food never arrived

I tried contacting the driver multiple times he did not answer his calls, I sent him messages but he didn't follow instructions.as he got lost.

The driver failed to follow GPS, when guiding him he was not cooperating, he failed to communicate and didn't want to answer calls. He was very annoying. He didn't deliver deliberately.as I made alternative arrangements to see if he can reach the closest destination.

Uber said unfortunately they won't refund me my money.

It's so dissapointing to recieve such a horrible service from Uber Eats.
