Undelivered order

If I could give them a zero i would. Its pity there is no zero rating. I order from them food at Steers Maphonya on 17 December 2021. I then an mergency that i needed to attend to. I went on the app to try and cancel the order. The app doesn't give you the option to cancel. I then went to help menu to find out how to cancel my order as I won't be at home to receive it. The app said. I must contact the corrier guy. Which I did and I told him I canceling the order. 2. I called uber and I was prompted that they can't transfer me to uber eats which another headache. 3. Called Steers Maphonya and I was put on hold until my airtime run out. I DID NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER. Even now i can only cintact uber eats via email. Now they dont want to reverse the charge on my account. Why don't contact Steers @Maphonya and find out if they was an order that was not delivered on 17 December 2021.
