Undelivered Order

We placed an order last night - 28/4/25 at around 10pm from Burger King. When the delivery guy arrived, we opened the gate for him and he came in. After noticing he seemed to be getting lost, my daughter called him and was directing him to the apartment. She even asked to meet him half way but he said he knew were he was going. He was really rude though. Eventually, he just stopped taking her calls. When we went to report on the app, we saw it said that the order had been delivered but we did not get it. A picture was uploaded of an order on a mat outside an apartment which was not ours. We then went around the complex at 11pm trying to match the picture to the apartments in the complex. We finally saw the same mat and it was at number 91! We are at 72 and he knew that's where we stay. The residents of number 91 said they did not receive any order when asked. Why did he not take a picture of the number on the door as all apartments have numbers on their doors??? We even went to the guards at the gate and they said he drove off and told them he could not find the apartment so he just left. Why did he not at least leave the order at the guard house then? We are really angry and disappointed as the as the UberEats app offers no assistance or response. I have been warned not to use UberEats for this very same reason, now I know why! Please either deliver the order or refund the money.
