Undelivered meals

I ordered Chicken Licken though Uber Eats. I didn't realise the system had removed my delivery address which is defaulted on the system. I ordered my meal and the driver, Benson on motorbike reg HG 87 MH GP advised that my address was not on the system and I needed to change my location for him to deliver. The food was already collected and the system did not allow me to change the address. I tried contacting him to make other arrangements, he instead ignored my calls and never delivered my food. I had to pay again and re order my food.
