Undelivered meal by Ubereats charged. Kfc graystone drive

I ordered via ubereats sat 31august in the evening the order never arrived. The driver Isaac just took a picture of food left on the pavement , the pavement is not for my apartment. Premises are guarded on both small gate and vehicle entrance gate. Other uber drivers were coming in . I was charged 132.36 for food that never came

When i contacted helpnwas told they cant refund as the driver had attempted to deliver and had evidence 🤣 of a pic not of my apartment

Upon enquiry i was told by others thats a new **** done by the drivers espscially ob night orders. Had a pin to ise upon delivery. Why not leave by the guards if he couldnt get through to me
