Undelivered items

Hi,

I placed 2 orders for 20h30 SAST.

Spent R160.00 in the process.

I go to yhe shops and arrive at 20h31.

I see a driver in my driveway telling me he has delivered my food. I go inside to find that only one of my orders were delivered. The other order to the value of R109.00 is nowhwere to be found. When I check the app it shows that the order is delivered.

I raise a complaint with UberEats who then turn around and tell me that they are not willing to do anything about this.

How is this customer service????
