Undelivered food...money deducted...terrible service ..Uber eats

I have had the most disappointing experience ever and on mothers day ....Uber seems to.be ignoring all my.efforts to get any assistance. My calls go unresolved...promises of call backs are made and emails and complaints are not even acknowledged.I placed a order for food on Sunday....almost a week ago...for mothers day supper.Uber deducted the money from my account....The driver phone and informed me that he cannot find the address an I must send him my.location and pin so that he can come to the correct address.....which I sent him on whatsapp...he said he will be here in 15 mins.....an hour and a half later...no food..no driver...he was not taking my.calls and blocked me on whatsapp...when I checked on the uber app ...the order was delivered....my you the app is useless...I cannot complain about the order not being delivered cause all it does is say...u order was delivered enjoy ur food and ends there.There is no contact number for the restaurant so you cannot phone them either.I have been calling uber support from Sunday....consultant promise to help and call back...nothing.Between uber...the driver ...or the restaurant...someone needs to take accountability and pay the money back...I didn't.receive my food ...my.money was deducted ....I want my.money back.The driver is terrible and *************.I want my money back.
