Undelivered food

I ordered food yesterday while I was work at night. After a while I got a call from a robot alerting me that the driver is trying to reach me but I didn’t even receive any call. I immediately stood up and also security from work called me to alert me. When I got to the gate the guy was gone. Looked at the app only to find a picture that he took as if he left my food at the gate except that the food was not there. We walked around even tried calling the driver but couldn’t get hold of him. Now uber eats is telling me that this guy tried calling me and what is sad is that I can’t even call or rather don’t know where to call to tell them that this guy did not call me at all. What’s surprising is that their robot managed to get hold of me but for some reason he couldn’t. And why pretend to have left the food at the gate when you again took it back? I’m going to ask for footage at work cos there’s no way I’m letting this go. We work hard for our monies and we can’t just looke it like that. This is sad that uber eats concludes that their driver tried calling me when he didn’t. They are not even trying to call me for their unsatisfactory service. I can’t even call their “T” driver. I am so upset
