Undelivered food

Dear sir/madam

I had to add a star... but the star means nothing. I placed an order for 3 x large hot chips from Pizza Hut, Kloof Street, Gardens, Cape Town via uber eats. It was ordered at 10.37am. My order was supposed to arrive at 11.15am. I checked the app and it was 11.15am and I went downstairs and no one was there. I checked my app and it says that the order was xompleted. Except.. nothing arriveď. I telephoned pizza Hut and the one guy said he will follow up...its 14.50 and I have no response as yet.
