Undelivered food

I can’t believe this is happening to me again. Uber driver took a photo outside the main gate and stated the order ‘delivered’. To make it worse I tipped the guy 🤷🏽♀️. When I go to the app to report this; they tell me the driver tried to contact me and couldn’t get hold of me. These are lies!!! I never received any notifications or calls. This is the second time this is happening to me with this company. No one investigates at all; they use a bot that is projected to tell you nonsense. I want my money!!! To make it all worse there is no number to call; the number on Google directs you back to the app. I want my money and someone will answer me this time!
