Undeliverable orders UberEATS

I had a very hectic day so order through UberEATS @ Hungry Lion Jabulani Mall where I order family meal and while waiting for the order, I saw on the app that my order has been delivered to whom because I never received it and having the code to confirm with the driver that I didn't use cause the driver left my order at the wrong address and at the gate imagine. I got that information on their app saying they won't refund me as the driver acted in line with their policy. That's daylight ******* my account has a deduction for the order that I havent received and now I have to go to sleep with hungry.....eish I had to order again and still waiting for the second order. This is not the first time I'm having such a problem imagine 3 times, see me ordering online again kill me cause even the second order was delivered at the wrong address where I had to walk there cause my orders for today were be taken there maybe my name means being charitable. What a bad service never again ordering online I learnt the hard way.
