Unbelievable service

I ordered a meal from Burger King via Uber eats and the experience has been nothing short of unbearable The food arrived soaked in cool drink and when I went to the Norwood branch where I initially ordered, they stated that there is nothing they can do I have not been contacted for a possible refund as I did not accept the food coz of the state it was in This has been a terrible experience which I do not wish to relive. Uber eats and Burger King have made me regret ever buying online
