Unauthorized Transactions

I have disputed multiple transactions that went off my bank acc which Uber Eats says they are not able to trace however the descriptions clearly show UberEats.

I have provided them with the information they require to dispute including screenshots of the deductions, they have repeatedly respond with the same feedback "unable to trace transactions" it seems no effort was put in to resolve this but rather a copy and paste of the response. How can money go to you but you say you cannot allocate the funds, why not ask for further info to assist you in allocating said funds?

I have disputed this with my bank and was given a turnaround time of 18/06 that is over a month away. Uber Eats please resolve this.
