Unauthorized transaction

I was hospitalized during covid-19 and ordered food via Uber eats and used online card payment. The driver didn't deliver the food and I followed up with the restaurant I was told the driver didn't return the food. 2022 I ordered chips from fish and chips for 77 rands and Uber eats took double the amount. I followed up and never got my money back and I deleted their app . Today the 11th January 2025 I got multiple notifications from FNB for a transaction and I contacted fnb and they told me it was Uber eats. UberEATS has now joined the debit order ****mers
