Unauthorized Transaction

I am quite frustrated with Uber eats. On the 13th of October I received a payment notification from my bank that R163.65 was paid to Uber eats of which I did NOT order. I then emailed them about it. They told me that there is nothing they can do. I never authorized any purchase from them on that day. As per the POPI act they are not allowed to have that information of mine. I am really ****ed off. How did the money go out of my account with out my authorizing it?
