Unauthorized Transaction

On the 03 May 2024 Uber Eats deducted R500 from my bank account. Firstly whenever I do a transaction I have to accept or decline. I did not receive anything that I have to approve or decline. I contacted Ubereats with no assistance. I blocked my card immediately. I want my R500 back and should I not receive I will be taking this matter further. I am not one to be messed with. I want it back into my account.
