Unauthorized payments & poor service

I wish I could give this a 0 rating. I was happy with Uber Eats for many years but it seems in 2024 they got greedy and the quality of service dramatically dropped. 1st bad experience - the order amount was debited off my account and it still showed as outstanding on the app. This took 11 days of back and forth to resolve. And most recently I had hair in my food and requested a refund. They refunded it but then they debited the amount off my account + more and apparently this cannot be resolved.
