Unauthorized Payment

I ordered food via ubereats app on the 6th of August 2023, while ordering my food the app give me an option to join UberOne which offers zero delivery and service fee. Before subscribing they offered a 30 day free trial which meant they would deduct their first payment next month, to my surprise the deducted R500 from my account upon ordering my food. I tried sending queries but no one got back to me, I spoke to one of their call center employees and he referred me back to the app to send more queries. I would like Uber to pay back the money they took from my account.
